Slaughtering Your Own Lamb

Many of our clients purchase a live lamb and then slaughter it themselves on the farm.  There is no extra charge for this.  We provide you with a place to do it, a water hose, a gambrel to hang the carcass on for skinning, and a wheelbarrow in which to put any part of your lamb that you don't want.  You must bring your own knives and other tools and supplies.  

You must have experience slaughtering lambs yourself or you must bring someone with you who does.  We will not allow inexperienced clients to slaughter here.

We emphasize that you must do the slaughtering yourself.  We cannot do it for you.
